We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The one-time pet fee is $350, and pet rent is $45. *Pet fee/rent is charged per pet Required Veterinarian Paperwork - Up to date vaccines - Proof of flea prevention - Puppies estimated weight at maturity We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment
We are designated as a smoke-free community. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the unit leased, the common areas or adjoining grounds of the rental community including any buildings within the rental community including the one in which the Renter's unit is located. Renter is responsible for the acts of their guests and/or visitors and Renter shall advise all visitors or guests that smoking is prohibited.
